Ben Moxon has a commerce degree from UBC and received his CA designation in 1980. He worked in public practice until 1987 with two of Canada’s Big Four CA firms. Ben saw a need in the marketplace for a CA’s input to provide assistance to organizations to locate and recruit talent in the accounting field. This resulted in the formation of Moxon Personnel in 1988.

As a result of the firm’s significant growth, Audrey Zidel was hired in 1992 to add strength to the recruitment team. Since then, Ben and Audrey have conducted almost 20,000 interviews and offered over 34 years experience in the BC marketplace recruiting accounting personnel at all levels and servicing a diverse client base.
