Accounting Manager

Our client is a local success story that has experienced incredible growth from their inception to the current date. They’re about to embark on a major international expansion and they need a motivated Accounting Manager who would like to grow with them. This excellent position exists for a person to report directly to the Director of Finance.Given this growth, our client is currently undergoing corporate staff evaluations and all levels/ positions are being assessed as to specific needs for the long term.  You will assist with the year and audit, prepare weekly reports to management, assist with the financial statement preparation and help manage cash. Down the road you will be promoted to act as their Controller and assist the Director of Finance with all aspects of the business from internal controls to financial analysis, liaison with operating divisions, managing IT changes and upgrades etc. Candidates should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, be detail oriented and highly analytical.
