Director of Finance

Our client has a long history of being very successful over the decades. Our client is extremely profitable and is undergoing expansion. They are involved in a specialty product that has proven to be very successful in the current economic climate. They anticipate future growth and profitability. The need has arisen for a Director of Finance, who should be a designated CPA with proven experience in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the company including preparing and processing financial information, financial statements, cost reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis, while developing and maintaining internal controls to mitigate asset risk. You will be an integral part of the management team and report directly to the Head of the Operations. You will supervise several staff and manage the day to day activities of the Finance and Administration department. You will report on key performance indicators, prepare for the annual audit process and maintain the integrity of the computerized financial system.
