Director of Finance

Our client is an expanding company that has developed an exciting product used in the hi-tech field and is involved in the manufacturing and distribution of this product. They have a proven product that they have been selling for a number of years in many different countries with the product being very successful and well received by the practitioners that use the product. The Director of Finance will report directly to the President. The main focus of the position will revolve around all financial aspects of their organization including taking charge of it’s somewhat complex financial reporting. In addition to supervising several staff, you will also be involved in the budgeting processes, will be assisting in managing the cash flows, inventory management, strategic/business planning, providing management with timely reports and will be involved with effective reporting for both internal and external use. Our client hopes that they can promote the successful candidate to VP Finance once you’re ready. Please note that our client will also look at a CPA that is looking for their first position out of public practice. You must have sufficient experience, however, to handle the position if coming directly from public practice.
