Director of Finance

Our client is a very well established public company with its head office located in Vancouver. Our client offers impressive stability to anyone that is employed with them. A new position has been created, mainly due to impressive growth, entitled Director of Finance. This position, which will report to the CFO, will include responsibility for preparing both short term and long term financial projections, as well as other financial modeling and assisting with overall financial reporting. Specifically, you will prepare short term cash flow analysis and long term financial projections ( including operating cash flows, required financing, dividends and distributions and banking compliance), lead the preparation of the Company’s annual budget, review of monthly operating results, prepare projected results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, preparation on quarterly bank covenant reporting, assisting with preparing financial guidance for shareholders and analysts and preparing day to day cash management. You should be a CPA with impressive corporate experience,  You should be a detail oriented person with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
