Senior Accountant

Our client is a very well established specialty manufacturing company that has been in business for many decades. They’re doing extremely well, are growing and have an excellent reputation in their niche area. Their growth has required them to retain our Agency to exclusively conduct a search for a motivated CPA to assume an excellent Senior Accountant position. Reporting directly to the management team you will take responsibility for the day to day accounting. Please note that you will not need to do A/P and A/R as more junior staff will handle these functions. You will oversee these staff though and act as a key financial resource to one of the Owners. Our client would like a candidate that has experience in the manufacturing area. Duties are typical of a position of this nature including financial statement preparation and monthly reports, inventory management, dealing with WIP issues, costing issues, AJEs, most account reconciliations, preparing month end working papers, accruals, and other accounting duties as assigned by the Owners.
